3 take always from working the Truvy summit 

My agency was recently hired to capture recap content for Truvy. I was very impressed with them and their team. The way they work together, communicate, and power through problems was a great reminder of what it takes to be successful. Here are my three biggest takeaways from their event.

1: Empower your people mentally! The mind is the most powerful tool we have. Controlling our thoughts and emotions will greatly impact overall life results. 

2: Real leaders keep cool, calm, and collected at all times. Corporate events bring different challenges than the office setting does. No matter the challenge, the real leaders don’t let it faze them. 

3: Internal company culture is extremely important at these events. It’s about unity, communication, execution, patience, and FUN! I am a firm believer that the internal culture of a company is the BIGGEST driving force of success.
