Find Your Pavement | #HighFiveFriday 060

Running is the key thing in my life that always helps me find clarity and confidence. When I’m not running, I’m being lazy, I’m making excuses, and I feel unorganized. I think it’s important to find the thing that makes you better. Something that helps you be organized. Something that is hard and challenges you.

I have had a super productive week and I know it has a direct correlation to running. The time I spent on the pavement was time I spent in my own head, taking out the trash and cleaning up. I found myself thinking through problems to find a solution. I felt gratitude and energy. I thought to myself, “when you’re actively running; you have your shit together”.

Find your pavement.

Here is #HighFiveFriday 060

  1. Quote: “Find your pavement” - Me

  2. Podcast: Jordan Harbinger with Chase Jarvis. Cultivating Creativity.

  3. Music: X&G: Hard Fest Mix.

  4. Something I am doing: Gym/Run in the afternoon: Mixing it up because It helps me break up my day and shift my focus.

  5. Personal Thought: I’m a punk. I have found myself apologizing a lot, or feeling the need to apologize. That means I am not being the kind of person I need to be. I don't like feeling like I have done someone wrong. When I do feel that way, I want to make it right. Just something that has been on my mind.
